✨🦋The last time my feet were in the sand and I was able to fully experience the magnificence of the ocean was a few months ago. I learned about the fierce , fiery and protective spirit Mama Wata. She cleansed me and with her powerful waves breathed new life into my life and for that incredible experience I am forever grateful. 💦🙌🏾

Ever since I completed my chakra healing series, blue has always stood out to me as a favorite color. In fact I painted three pieces of artwork for that throat chakra series instead of one. Speaking your truth out loud is so powerful giving voice, breath and energy to your dreams is healing. 🔵Screaming, laughing, crying giving your emotions some kind of sound is the most therapeutic practice. I speak for my ancestors who couldn’t. For you I will forever enter every conversation with confidence. I pray that you allow me to use my words in the most conscious and productive ways. Asè 💙🔥
